Adults: 10-15ml (2-3 teaspoons) per day.
Children: 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) per day.

Adults (winter use): 10-15ml (2-3 teaspoons) four times per day.
Children (winter use): 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) four times per day.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order and are in transit for 2 - 3 days.
